Full payment is required upon booking The total number of guests to be provided on booking your stay. Please outline the number of adults and children.
RATES
Our all year round booking rate is $400 per night for up to 4 people. For additional people, more than 4, there is a $20 per person one off fee.
Please note there is a strict 10 person maximum at the house.
BOOKING PERIODS
Sunday to Thursday: one night booking accepted.

Weekends (Friday and Saturday): 2 night booking minimum.
​
Long Weekends (January, March, June and September): 3 night booking minimum.
​
Easter: 4 night booking minimum.
​
Christmas Day/ Boxing Day: 4 night booking minimum.
​
New Year: 3 night booking minimum.
​
Western Australia School Holidays (April, July, October December/January):
2 night booking minimum
