RATES
OFF-PEAK PERIODS
Our off peak booking rate is $400 per night for up to 4 people mid week, Sunday to Thursday inclusive. There is no minimum booking period for these days. Additional people up to 10 persons in total are $20 per person one off fee, plus per night amount for each additional night.
PEAK PERIODS
Our peak period booking rate is $400 per night for up to 4 people. Additional people up to 10 persons in total is $20 per person one off fee, plus per night amount. This applies to the following peak periods:
Weekends two night minimum.
Long Weekend: January, March, June and September.
Minimum period is 3 nights/ 4 day booking.
Easter: Minimum period is 4 nights/ 5 day booking.
Christmas Day/ Boxing Day: Minimum period is 4 nights/ 5 day booking.
New Year: Minimum period is 3 night/ 4 day booking.
Western Australia School Holidays: April, July and October
